Egyptian Premier League outfit Pyramids FC have announced, through their twitter account, the formation of a women’s team ahead of the new campaign as they are now set to feature in the 2022/23 season.
“We are happy to announce our women’s football team,” Pyramids said on their Twitter account mentioning #Hertime
The draw for the new Egyptian Premier League women’s season also took place at the Egyptian Football Association headquarters on Wednesday.
It’s worth noting that «Wadi Degla», a feminine football club, were crowned champions last season and qualified for the women’s CAF Champions League.
